Recover sign-in access

Reset a forgotten password, request verification again, or use an unused recovery code.

Reset a forgotten password

The request message does not reveal whether an account exists for the address. If the reset link is missing, expired, or already used, request a new link rather than editing its URL.

  1. Open Reset password and enter the email address used for your account.
  2. Check the inbox and spam folder for a reset email.
  3. Open the link, choose a new password between 15 and 128 characters, and confirm it.
  4. After the successful reset message, sign in with the new password.

Complete email verification

If sign-in says the email is not verified, use Request a verification email. Enter the intended address and use the latest message you receive. After completing verification, return to sign-in.

If the application reports that email delivery is unavailable, another attempt may not produce a message until the service is restored. Keep the exact error text when contacting support.

Recover the second verification step

When prompted, enter the current six-digit authenticator code. If you cannot use the authenticator, select Use a recovery code instead and enter an unused saved code.

Resetting your password does not bypass two-step verification. If you have lost both the authenticator and recovery codes, email support@preciseev.com for a reviewed recovery. The signed-in support form cannot restore a session you cannot access.
