PreciseEV account privacy

Publication draft. The service operator must publish its identity, privacy contact, jurisdiction-specific rights process, and retention schedule before public registration is enabled.
Account information
We store your display name, normalized email address, password hash, verification state, consent choices, account role and status, and security activity. Sessions include device/browser information and network addresses to maintain access and help investigate misuse. Passwords are hashed; session bearer tokens, MFA secrets, backup codes, and pending email contents are protected at rest. We do not collect dates of birth, identity documents, or sportsbook identity verification.
Your research
When signed in, bets, filters, watchlists, notes, and preferences are stored under your account. A device may keep a pending local copy so failed saves can be retried or exported. Records left in the browser before accounts were introduced are not automatically imported. You can choose which account should receive that data.
Service providers
The configured hosting and database providers process account records. When enabled, Resend delivers transactional emails and Stripe handles checkout and billing. PreciseEV stores provider customer and subscription references, but the account database does not store payment-card numbers. Email and payment integrations remain unavailable until the operator connects them.
Cookies and messages
Essential secure cookies maintain sign-in and MFA challenges. Marketing consent is separate from essential account emails and can be changed in Account. There are no connected social sign-in or Discord integrations in this release.
Export and deletion
Account settings offer a data export after password confirmation. A deletion request disables the account and signs out its devices immediately. The operator must process the request, cancel or resolve billing as appropriate, remove account-owned data, and address backups and required retained records. The operator must publish the retention periods and contact channel before launch.
