PreciseEV account terms

The analytics service
PreciseEV provides sports research, price comparisons, and personal record-keeping. PreciseEV does not accept wagers, hold betting balances, or settle bets. Statistical results and examples do not guarantee future outcomes. Check the timestamp, source, and limitations shown with each tool.
Your account
Use an email address you control, protect your password and recovery codes, and keep your account details accurate. Do not share staff access, attempt to access another person's data, circumvent plan restrictions, or interfere with the service. Staff access requires an authenticator.
Plans and billing
Only prices and billing periods shown in a connected checkout are offers to purchase. Marketing preview prices are illustrative. Account billing displays your current subscription and access end date. Use the billing portal to manage payment methods or cancel renewal. A payment failure, expired trial, cancellation, or full refund of the current period can end paid feature access. Free account records remain available while the account remains active.
Your records and account closure
You can export account records and request deletion in Account. A deletion request immediately disables account access and revokes sessions; completion requires the operator's privacy process. Cancel any renewing subscription before requesting deletion. Local browser data belongs to no account until you choose to import it.
Communications
Account verification, recovery, security, and billing notices are transactional messages. Marketing email is optional and controlled separately in Account preferences.
Contact and final policy
The operator must publish its legal identity, support contact, applicable service terms, refund policy, and privacy retention schedule here before public account launch. This draft does not claim compliance with any particular jurisdiction.
