Read the source label first
Add price creates a manual market entry. Import accepts a validated JSON workspace export. Connected API quotes come from the configured quote service and are labeled as feed prices.
Each quote keeps the time it was observed. Recheck an older observation before relying on it; a saved timestamp is not a live price.
Use Sync API and inspect the result
The feed must return a complete valid quote snapshot. Failed or invalid responses keep saved prices. A failed refresh therefore does not mean an old visible price was observed again. The app excludes expired live records from relevant live calculations.
- In your own market workspace, select Sync API when the configured service is available.
- Wait for the feed-status result.
- Compare Last sync with Newest price observed.
- Choose an auto-refresh interval only if you want the open workspace to make repeated update requests.
Understand what quote sync does not supply
Quote sync does not update every workspace dataset. Historical result research, DFS platform props and payout rules, and prediction-market information have their own requirements. Read the tool-specific coverage message.
Before importing a replacement workspace, export anything you need to preserve and resolve pending account changes. A JSON import is not the same as adding a single sportsbook quote.
